I read it before, I don't buy it. Here is why I don't think it works that way:

High value clients are still competitors to each other. So how do you make the order cue? Fist there are 2 clients, then 4-5, does the first 2 have advantage over the 3 late comers? How does that work? Bigger money, more advantage? If I have lots of money and want to buy cheap, I just pay someone to keep buying on pullbacks, or automatize it at certain levels. An automatic, buying in every 10 minutes just doesn't make sense...

Willy was run by Mark for creating commissions and pushing the price up, also just generally creating trading volume and interest. Nobody likes a stale market...
