Broker with Euro based Accounts

I would like to create a list of Retail brokers that give you the option to open an account in Euro's.
I think a lot of European trader will be interested ....
Due to the movements in the Euro versus the US Dollar, European traders have to deal with this risk as well.

Please also add the products offered as well as an indication of the commission.

We are an FCM registered with the NFA and the CFTC.
 
I know most Futures brokers will let you open an Euro account. (I guess it's because there're lots of contracts trading in Euro's)

I was wondering why most stock brokers don't offer this. I think it would be of great value for European traders.
