Broker for Germany and US

Hello,
i am searching a broker where i can trade stocks in Germany e.g. Frankfurt and also in the U.S. I must be able to trade cross listed stocks in Germany and in the U.S.. IB doesn't let me sell shares in the US when i have bought them in Frankfurt and the other direction. I know 2 German broker where i can do this, but they are very expensive. Maybe you know some where i won't pay 35$ for an US order?

Thank a lot for this info! Do you know if i can do cross border trades with Nobletrading?
Does anyone else know another broker who lets me trade in frankfurt too?
