Before I send a request to IB to add an interface to them, can anyone tell me whether it is unusual and/or difficult for brokers to provide access to ECN features such as reserve size, at-the-market auction, discretionary, IOC, etc...
Do other brokers offer these? Do ECNs charge extra for non-standard orders?
