Ahh, but what of the news that they are expanding 93? I think I also read in Fortune(not sure the magazine) that Manchester,NH is ranked 21 or so for top growth cities(jobs, etc.)

I don't live in NH anymore. I sold my 3000sf colonial there in Salem 2 years ago and moved to So Cal.

Let's just say, there is no comparison between the appreciation in NH, MA, and So Cal. It's like comparing peanuts to a watermellon.

Expanding I-93 would be a good thing for areas north of Salem. However, they were talking about it when I was there, and there hasn't been any action. So I won't get too excited about it.

Manchester is a nice place, but it's too cold for me. :)
