Mysteriously, the uptrend started on 12 Jan, Thursday, Asian session.

BTC is mean and made me a fool. For a year I have been saying that BTC seemed to have this magical magnet level of 20K and it was a good floor. Some months ago it decided to poke sharply below that and hover around 16K. I finally, I think two weeks ago, threw up my hands on the 20K magnet and said in some thread "Welp, looks like 16K is the new magnet or floor" or whatever.

And so what does BTC do after I say that? Jump right back up to the 20K level, like the magnet it was, in what, 2-3 days?

Canadian markets are open today, even though US are not. Also, it's the middle of the month, meaning almost all Canadian REITs pay out... so get prepared for some more purchasing very soon.
