Billionaire Sues IRS for Disclosing Confidential Tax Return Information

Just $1000 for each disclosure? He should've also pressed charges against the IRS and the employee who disclosed his tax return information to the magazine. I can understand IRS disclosing tax return information to comply with legal investigations and to-be-elected public officials but just to some magazines for some articles? That's going too far.
