Personally, I avoid Prison REITs (yes, they are a real thing). There is so much negative stigma to them, people rate cancer-stick companies as more ethical for some reason...

I stand corrected! Happy to learn when shown. Clearly I went on the narrative that he's a prolific short seller. That being said the man can call a crash well!
