It's easy to tell which schools are thumbing their nose at the Supreme Court ruling. All you need to do is see if black and Asian enrollment stays about the same as before the decision. Yale, Princeton and Duke's admission stats stick out like a sore thumb.
Black enrollment should precipitously drop and Asian enrollment should rise if schools are not longer considering race as an admissions factor.
