Best canadian broker with margin small cap

Hey guys,

I only trade tsx and tsx venture stocks $0.15-0.75 i trade anywhere between 8k-15k trades a year

I have a fixed negotiated rate with CIBC and TD for about $2.99 a trade flat.

I have an account with interactive brokers that allows shorting on these stocks and is the only broker than offers margin for small cap but the problem is that they charge almost 50$ per trade on a 50k share lot.

Does anyone know any broker that offers margin on TSX- TSX venture stocks.

I need about $1m in buying power to execute my strategy but I cannot do it anymore as I used most of my funds on a down payment for a property
