ok.....I love the idea of reframing my thinking because I likely have so many misconceptions, as well as genuine ignorance, that I need to step-away and rethink/reframe. Hence, my posting here. :)
Keep in mind that I'm running my own home-spun automatic algorithm system here. As I stated at the start of this thread, my dilemma is what Buying and Selling approach would seem to be the most reliable. Triggering off of Level2 supply and Demand, Market price action(Open,Close,High,Low), and/or Technical Indicators. The answer is most likely in all three?

Here's what I recommend: best buy trigger is when market is "low". And best sell trigger is when market is "high"! :D Some 50% of the traders stick to my recommendation and make money, unfortunately in spite of my recommendation others do the opposite and lose...
 
You should determine, statistically, what the optimal signals are for your strategy.
