Good thing you didn't to for the Surface Pro X.
It can't run programs that are designed for X64 processors. You are basically limited to the Windows Store, all other programs will not work properly.
I thought they stopped the Cut down windows Atom processor low power version, because nobody bought it, Window R or something.
No they will run, but anything not ARM specific will run in emulation so SLOW, so for a high speed task, definately avoid.
