ARS and BRL

I want exposure to Argentine Pesos and Brazilian Reais (vs USD).

What would be the best avenue for exposure to these currencies – CME Real futures are very illiquid, and I don’t know of anything on the ARS.

Are there any index products, stocks, etc, that would be proxy for the BRL or ARS?

I don't know if they're quoting but PFGBEST has both on their list of instruments, I didn't even know BRL was tradeable!
