Why do you make it so difficult??!! Use Esignal for your data and buy the gap in data you have from tickdata.com!! Problem solved and you do not need those other products.
mercury, thasnk you for the answer, but i hope that you understand that:
1. tickdata is rather expensive.
2. [more important]: i want to backtest systems on esignal data, for this i need to have esignal history data saved on my HDD.
