Are IB futures commissions negotiable?

Let's say that I trade 2,000 ES futures a month. I know I can get better rates elsewhere than InteractiveBrokers (FFastTrade for one), but I'd prefer to stay with IB right now because I can also trade stocks and options in the same acct.

IF they negotiate futures commissions, what's the minimum monthly volume I need to trade before they'll deal and what rates could I expect?

Thanks for any info.

Also, what volume per month would make it worth to get a Globex terminal?
