Cybertrader has pulled ARCA quotes from their level 2 the last couple of days, and a few times in the last month or so that I can remember. They claim that ARCA has been having problems with stale quotes for the last several weeks. Has anyone who uses a different platform/software noticed this problem as of late? I've been able to get ARCA quotes from other data sources, but I haven't noticed any stale quotes or other problems.
