The fee is visible before you open the position and it doesn't change, however I don't know if it will turn out in my favour or not! I have decided to try it and I will see how it goes ...thanks for your comment :)

This offer is volatility-measured insurance, nothing new. The money you pay for it doesn't worth the chance you hit losing trade.
Although it may be useful to try it during news trading, though it may be unavailable during this time.
