You can get instances running on a dedicated machine or a VMWare instance with shared hardware.
you know what the going rate would be for unlimited bandwidth 1u dedicated server would be? just a typical hardware spec.
I don't know but I suspect that if you want a 24/7 dedicated server, there are better options out there other than AWS.
