I would tell you to ask DB, but I don't know if he ever traded at Bright.
 
Smaller office, around 10 traders. Manager is Don Parsons, excellent trader, Yale Graduate (you wouldn't know it though, he's a nice guy...:-).

Advanced strategies including automation for pairs and enveloping being used by several up there. All have been through extensive training....most are making good money.
