You think 100 point gap up on s$p? I don't see that happening....profit taking would most likely ensure before then.
Depends how you look at it and what time frame we are discussing.
There are pullback traders, as there are breakout traders. as there are weekly bar traders, as well as 5min traders, plenty of ways to skin this cat to be assuming there is only one way to trade.
just use a market buy if you want to buy and a mkt sell if you want to sell.

+ can read charts.Maybe they got in about noon+ while its not exactly the open-they have made money that way before.........................................................................NOT saying any should buy or sell a gap up open or sell on a gap down.
