Any true prop firms left in London?

Does anyone know of any true prop firms based in London where on production of PnL and successful interviewing they will offer a base salary plus a reasonable % split of profits. Something like 100k salary plus 50% profit split paid quarterly.

It seems most of the outfits in London these days are pay to play shops. You go in with your £50k deposit and then they bill you for monthly for desk/software/lowish round turns and you keep all the profit.

I have heard of First New York (http://www.firstny.com/index.php) who have an office in London just wanted to see what else is out there.

nah. I have traded at a couple of pay per play prop firms in the past. I currently just use my IB account which is fine but has limitations.

There are a handful of true US prop firms that have branch offices in London. These ARE competitor, but solid firms.

These are just off the top of my head. Make sure you pick up a copy of "Heard on the street" and be able to do most of the math in that book. You will be tested at all these firms.
