Contacted both Fidelity and Schwabs. Both clearly stated accounts can't be funded with either debit card or credit card.
Ok, you want to buy stocks with your $200 debit card?
Here you go: https://www.stockpile.com/
"How do I fund my account?
There are two ways to move cash between your Stockpile account and your bank account. The first way (linked bank) enables you to move cash in and out of your Stockpile account. It takes 3 business days for the cash to show up, and it's free of charge. The second way (debit card) allows you to move cash in instantly, for a small fee."
You can even buy fractional shares, so if Amazon is trading at $800 per share for example, you don’t need to come up with $800 to get started, you can spend $80 to buy 0.1 shares of Amazon if you like.
Happy now?

Now go get them tiger.
