Any Neoticker Users set up to use OEC Trader for auto trading?

I was wondering if any Neoticker users have the Neoticker order server set up for OEC and if they would share details on how they set things up including any Symbol Info Manager changes they made.

Why? Because I am trying to configure Neoticker with their OEC trader API to send demo orders to OEC Trader. OEC was bought out by GAIN a few years ago so I know the server address has changed (i.e. prod.gainfutures.com and sim.gainfutures.com) - for some reason Tickquest instructions on setting this up are not accessible on their website and so far no response from their support desk. I understand Neoticker is more focused on their institutional clients but their forum/blog and parts of their main website is down which is unfortunate to say the least when you are trying to find answers to questions.
 
Turns out I was able to get the Neoticker OEC order server to work with my demo account with OEC Trader. It appears (and I am not totally sure about this) that I needed to execute my first trade from with the OEC trader platform and once that happened orders from the Neoticker platform were accepted. Maybe something else was at issue however it is not clear to me why things began to work but that did.

Also I found the old instructions on the tickquest website by going to http://web.archive.org and entering the tickquest url. What a nice tool.
