That can work well.
I would never buy a fund or ETF just because the fund manager had a good looking pic in Investors Business Daily, like the ARK fund family had.
BUT i sure would NOT ignore it just because a female maybe good with a press release.
FEB tends to be a weak month, so tech ETFs are still dong well
BLOK has been semi liquid + doing well, but i like to sell/not park every now + then..................................................................................
