How's the trading platform compared to FXCM?

Was that from a trade from before the weekend? There were system updates to meet the new gov't regs and in some cases stop loss orders dropped from the charts but were actually still in place. It happened to me and I had to call them. I had them delete the stop order on their side and then I put in a new one. Now things are okay as far as I can tell.
