Any firms hiring with no capital contribution

I am looking for a job for a firm that does not require capital contribution. I was a broker for a year and have Series 7 and 63. I also have one month experience in prop trading but my firm just shut down (probably because of no more bullets).

If anyone knows of any firm that is hiring that does not require capital, please get back to me,

None that I know of(?) ..our firm does not back "any" new traders and most (if not all that remain) require the trader to put up some risk capital to share the risk......I know their is one firm...but it is in Canada and you have to work in their offices, onsite and the payout structure is close to indentured servitude....

I was at ETG, as far as net profitability goes, I was only there for a month and traded 100 shares at a time, I would lose or make $20 or so per trade, and, to be honest, I'm not sure if I was net profitable because I have not received a breakdown of my P&L for the month (I probably would have gotten it this week). However, if I were to guess, I would probably be even.

I know we picked up quit a few of their better traders from their San Francisco office in the last few months and if not shut down ..on life support.

I can speak only of the San Francisco office's, since I've spoken to the traders who came over from their....
