Any comments on TASR?

TASR. I think this is a few steps from World Poker Tour. Recall the $32 cash buyout offer from Texas Dolly Brunson during the REAL poker tournament in Vegas? I recall a reporter asking him about the offer and he didn't know the price, much less that it was all cash. I couldn't borrow the stock at any price back then.

This is the obvious type of stuff the SEC should investigate but it seems like they are FEMA and the WPTE and TASR investors are at the New Orleans Convention Center, crapping on the floor and waiting for help.
 
Bought some '07 10 calls. Usually these one product types will attract some larger entity after they get clobbered. Happend to Lotus in the early 90's.

Yup, in fact TASR just stumbled down another floor worth of stairs this morning (gap down).
 
Well, TASR had another down day today, stock has dropped a fair bit since this thread was first started (closed today at $5.88).
