If there are some people who cannot handle such then that's a problem with the person not probability theory.

Of course it is: that's part of the point I was making (even though you say "untrue").

In deciding what's in practice "best", especially when dealing with traders of limited experience, one needs to take that into account. Context is everything.

As became obvious this thread was created to simply promote the OP and his website. He has been banned, this thread is closed, and the last few posts have been removed. I have left the remaining portion of the thread up because it's an interesting discussion and most of you have been sincere in your efforts and taken some time to compose your answers.
