Advice on New Desktop + TV as a Monitor

Ended up buying one today...pretty sure it will do all that I need and more. Found one refurbished on ebay and comes with a 2 year warranty for $600. Also just purchased a 43" 4k TV on sale for $210. Pretty pumped about the new setup, hopefully it works out well.

Scale them to the size that is comfortable on your 27". Scale them to the same size on your 55". You can display twice as much

Incorrect. A 27" UHD monitor and a 55" UHD TV will display EXACTLY THE SAME amount of data... only will be bigger...the 55". (The both have 3840x2160 pixels.)

Well yes but for that much pixel density you kinda need 55".
