Activetick API

I have signed up for an api-account @activetick , but I got signed for the ActiveTick Platform (the $19.95/month). I want to change this to the ($49.95/month) option so I can access the API.

I have bombarded them with email but there is complete silence. Do anyone here know of this problem and how to fix it.

If they don't respond, contact your credit card company and tell them you are being charged for the extra service you did not sign up for.

I got in contact with them and they where quite helpful. They could not offer OMX Nordic though.
