Hi all,

Where do I find the most accurate price information that reflects the price movement when it comes to forex pairs?

A broker that has the least delay??

And....

Which broker out there offers the most comprehensive means of backtesting??

I have a strategy in mind that desperately needs backtesting, and then refining if it works.

Any suggestions??

In FX there is no such thing as "most accurate price". There is only the price offered to you by your market maker. I would suggest you identify who you're going to trade your strategy with and then get data from that market maker. You can achieve a certain level of success with the data that is available for free, but before trading live you should use data from the firm that you're going to trade with.
