Had to post this quote, makes me laugh...

a sense......WTF

not sure what he meant by that quote but he may be saying that people have a false sense that the market has bottomed and that they're incorrect.

I will wait and see as housing prices drop 5% by the end of 2006 and another 10-15% by the end of 2007.... ill wait patiently for the bottoming of housing market say sometime in 2009-2010. Market bottom so quick after a 100% jump in housing prices 4 years.
