History was made today as the s$p crossed and closed above 4000, who would think a world wide pandemic would create the biggest bull market in world history. The fact that wallstreet doesn't give a fuxk about what's happening is in itself breathtaking. Absolutely nothing can stop equities from moving higher unless the fed stopped feeding its trillions to wallstreet, then maybe it would be over and done with,, but until then let's welcome s$p 4000, it's here and markets will only continue to rise and rise to infinity.

If they stop pouring money in the market will crash. In Sep 2019 they tried draining liquidity out of the commercial paper market, and got a nasty spike in rates.

Market participants now expect the Uncle Jerome and the Fed to be there.

It is beyond a matter of choice now. Even if they want to stop the flow of liquidity, they can't without triggering a market crash!!! Even a mildly hawish statement will get a strong reaction.

This realization was a real shock to me. A constant flow of liquidity from the Fed is the "new normal" for markets, replacing the old model of price discovery.

I've come to believe that the money flowing from the fed is ultimately ending up being employed in the markets by... someone?

Tesla topped on January 25.

Nasdaq topped mid Feb.

Russell 2000 topped early march.

S&P 500 and DJIA haven't topped yet.

The VIX is down to 17 and going lower by the looks of things, that means things are slowing down.

The S&P running to 5000 (if it happens before the next big correction) wont happen very quickly.

With those job numbers I am sure there will be a gap up on Sunday night, with follow through-through in Monday RTH. Don't sweat it. But never go max! Give yourself some room! Oy!

Yep. I'd say 5k in next few months. Its a motherfuking BULL market. Monetary? Feeding the bull, HARD CORE. Fiscally? Feeding the bull HARD CORE. Plus we just came out of an economically depressed time, corona virus. Have any of you been out to eat recently? Places are PACKED. Wait times are INSANE. This bull market might be the biggest in HISTORY. Do NOT miss out, I beg all you guys. Get in while the getting is good...
