I don't subscribe, but after seeing the video I started learning about using credit spreads for income and make my own decisions. This has proven to be very sound strategy for me.

A few months ago Mav commented that the markets don't give you much time to escape when trending sideways. This storm could become the reason many don't escape unless this turns around. /ES near 200 and nothing technically good about the patterns.

Apologies, must correct something here. Not the numbers lines, but the daily A levels that held the 15 minute opening range for 5 minutes. Usually out the next 1-3 days. Low risk/reward, but it paid this month.

Can't disagree, right now i am balanced between long and short ( short on RUT, long a few equities). Want to see some more evidence here. I'd like to take half the short off, not ready yet.

Not bullish, but very difficult to be bearish as there always seems to be a protective bid out there. If left to work as true supply/demand for equities, my humble analysis says down, the kindergarten trade says down, but I don't think is will drop more Han another weak.

Almost there, could be a bad break. I am getting too biased though.

Couldn't agree more. AAPL is in its own class, I also use it to provide income with bullish butterfly. Until it stops working I say heavy with this and roll-it over 45 days out. But like spreads, i am cautious about this working until it doesn't.

Bonus day for traders, less stops getting triggered by erroneous ticks! :D

This was a fun thread, the trade never happened. The margin to carry this sale is close to $1mm. You can't go naked without using margin, in this case, alot of margin. No broker takes this risk.
