    Bankruptcy Plays

i can't say i'm a bankruptcy expert. but I have seen quite a few dollar and penny stocks and the majority of them just simply disappear or remain dead for a long time. on occasion a few have resurfaced and made big comebacks and a few others have given some gains. if you take away all the BS...

    TradeStation Securities announces new commissions

I think it is simply the best commission structure anyone can have. From beginners who only trade a few 100 shares at a time, the cost is futile and for pros it is simply unbeatable. In both cases the break even is the best in the industry. Execution is also amazing. p.s. I trade for myself...

Canadien Trader looking for a broker

you can try enorthern (www.enorthern.com) in Canada, but most serious traders find a way to trade in the US with a US broker. the only people i know who can trade successfully in Canada are very few because of the higher costs. there are a few but they have developped truly profitable models...

i was told that if the US corp is owned and operated by canadians (non-residents) only. that is that all owners (in this case I'm alone) are not US residents, then it is NOT liable for US taxes.

there are 2 reasons to open an LLC in the US: 1) brokers will not allow canadians to open accounts in the states unless we are established in the US (LLC or Company). so that takes care of allowing us to trade from any US broker as opposed to canadian brokers that charge on average 6 times...
