They said this was a general problem for all countries. The above users however have verified that it works in some places. Hopefully this is fully resolved by tomorrow!

I'm also not getting any IB TICK-NYSE data today. They said they're aware of the problem and would fix it, but that was more than 2 hours ago.

IB UK here as well Sarvise, so it could be limited to UK data. I would think they have many many clients with UK data, so IB's lack of communicating this issue is not good. They say they're aware of it and are working on it, but no solution so far. My trading is very dependant on the TICK as...

Strange that some receive data but not others. I have not seen any TICK-NYSE data today and I'm in Sweden.

IB: It would have been nice to get a flash bulletin in TWS about this issue! As it's quite serious for many traders. Whenever I start receving TICK-NYSE data again, I'll post again. Would appreciate if anyone else did the same.

I suppose this new subscription is not needed for YM futures data as it comes from ECBOT, but then again IB can be quite unclear in their messages... Could anyone please verify this?

IB TICK-NYSE coming through now. With levels being correct and all it seems.

TICK-NYSE data is still not coming through on TWS. However, refreshing my charts (Ensign) through IB works, but with the same "half-sized data" as yesterday and on Monday.

Not getting any TICK-data at all from IB today! This is more than reason enough to change data provider!

IB's $TICK-NYSE feed is off the same way it was yesterday. It looks like the real value is divided by two. Anyone talked to them?

Seems there's no intraday margin at IB for YM either, so I guess that goes for ES and NQ as well? IB's bulletin message is not very clear... "IB has eliminated intraday margin reductions for contacts which utilize value-at-risk margin models such as SPAN, Eurex, or TIMS..." Shouldn't it...

Please let us know how it went. I'm also trading from Europe but mainly trading US Futures. I believe I'm on the US server.

Statements sent by email can be saved and reopened offline. I save these emails (in the outlook.pst file) and have access to them whenever offline. You could also save them as webpage and keep them in a separate folder on a different disk as a backup.
