I've been playing ETFC for about 2 months, this baby rolls up and down alot. I think it's going back up to mid 5's this week and will probably do the same next week as it did this week...but you never know. I wish I had it at 4.20 again! Long term, it's a keeper IMO

well it held 5 monday (5.45 high), now its barely holding high 4.90's How long will this rollercoaster go on??? I've been in and out (made some cash, it's been agood ride) Any ideas where the resistance point is?

You're right I was at 3.44 and I wouldn't buy now, but I did buy my average down to 3.12 a share...I'm in ETFC for the long. I see them hitting at least 4.25, I see a recovery on the rise...anyone else?

Ok...point made. Let me put it this way. Does anyone think that Etrade is "playing up their troubles" to be more appealing for a merger??? That is how some serious money gets made.

My thoughts: What if they are putting out the news statements to drive the price down. This way Etrade can be more affordable for a merge...Not to mention I can't find where there was ever a press release with Citi, so how can they reit???

I have 4500 shares at 3.44, how do I get out of this without losing my ass? any thoughts?
