Similar to the GOOG example, AAPL often has highly anticipated events and product launches. The excitement of the launch of the new Tablet does co-incide with earnings this quarter which makes it more risky than usual, however that could be an example of an event driven trade.

CF will be added to the SP500 upon the completion of the HPQ/EDS transaction. This probably added to CF's outperformance yesterday and may be the same for the next day or so.

I am looking for a link which will give info about when a halted NYSE stock will re-open. Specifically a stock that is halted intraday for news pending. I am interested in knowing where to find out what time it will re-open for trading. Anyone know of a link or source? Thanks
