uptik,
You are right. I will post the reasons for the trades going forward.
Shortee,
The previous journal was for the 29th, sorry I forgot to mention the date.

If (S&P Futures is 5.2 Points above fair value)
then how do you calculate the % by which the market would open higher. Is it 5.2/1160 (S&P cash ) ?
Thanks,
Ravi
Hey guys,
What do you do on days when the market is really choppy (ADX between 10 & 20) . I keep getting stopped out during these periods unless I have a wide stop.
Any suggestions ?

I use PMB through Global Futures (IB). I'm quite pleased with the software and commissions are not too bad either. There is the ocassional freeze during fast markets but it is not too bad.

I liked the book. They have what they call The Law Of Charts (TLOC) which is described in this book in great detail with other interesting info. The Law of Charts is available on their website for public viewing (ww.tradingeducators.com).

Brich,
I pay $10.0/RT for the E-Minis. If you are not interested in daytrading margin, they can even do $8.82/rt on the proptrader platform.
good luck.

I use Global futures which is an introducing broker for PMB Inc. I'm quite happy with the proptrader platform (same as Jtrader) and Global does offer daytrading margins for the E-Minis.

Tony,
I typically use strategies similar to Bottom Fisher and Sky Scraper for most of my stock trading. Reading your posts and the material on your site have helped me a lot.
I am curious to know if near term market direction influence your plays. Let's say that the market is trending up...
I use it currently on windows 98 without any problems. But you may want to verify that you have the latest Microsoft JVM installed or you might run into some problems with positioning the mouse.
