Data Providers
Does any one know of a data provider that provides more than 8 days of tick/volume data? I currently use 5000 volume chart for ES on Tradestation and their data goes back 6months but their charts are unreliable. I am looking for a reliable data provider and I'll probably be changing to the likes...- sm1929.2

Zen, Yoga, Meditation and Trading
The way I meditate is that I focus on my breathing. That is itself is a monster challenge. In a 10min span I can achieve concentration for a max of maybe 1 min and that's stretching it. :D But it really helps. For me it keeps me calm and collected.
