This may be a silly question,but if you trade your self directed ira do you still have to report on schedule d your trades? If not is there any reporting obligations for an IRA?:)

i am just starting to trade listed stocks and frankly i dont get it my fills are so slow i swear i owe postage .Sometimes i dont get fills even though the price doesnt move. if i am trading 1000 shares or less is nx a better route than dot or isi and is nx provided to most platforms:(

well if computer processor is not as important as connection if you go remote with a firm like echo or bright do they offer some sort of dedicated virtual private network wan or citrix hookup so your connection is cleaner and more stable or is this cost intensive,or do they just offer internet...

Iam computer illiterate so I was just wondering if a 1.8 g celeron processor with 512 ddr ram is adequate for scalp trading or is there something about the celeron that makes it ineffective for this style, right now i have been using 450 pentium 2 with windows 2000...
