Could you explain how the breakdown of residential properties gives rise to commercial real estate?
As consumer spending goes down , doesnt commercial retail space suffer as well?
I have heard this too, but want to see the correlation.
Thanks
I've just started with them in the past month for equities.
So far I have been pleased with them.
The tech and trade support have been extremely helpful setting me up properly.
Any feedback from anyone on their forex trading?
Software?
Execution?
Charting?
I too like to trade the first hour. The conditions are most favorable.
I trade mostly NYSE. I wait for the morning pull back and wait for a break out pattern to emerge. As soon as I get confirmation, I will buy shares to test it. If I'm in the money, I'll add to my position accordingly.
Isnt a non compete difficult to enforce? It doesnt seem right that you can not trade somewhere else for 2 yrs if you are unhappy with the firm you just joined.
I am a big proponent of risk managment. I think a lot of new traders would benefit from defining their risk managment rules and sticking to them completely.
Easier said then done , I know.
I like to look for techical break outs using different time frames.
As long as I wait patiently for the set up, I have a high probability of going in the money.
just by 2 cents.
I break down the major sectors and have select stocks that I know move well in each industry.
When I see sector buying/ selling, I have a good idea what I want to be trading.
Its all about getting to know your stocks and how they trade.
Its all about preparation
what time frame do you see before we see a big sell off in the housing market?
I have heard there has been a 25% decrease from the highs a year ago but I cannot substantiate this. Just conversation with people.
