I've been trading full-time on various platforms over the last 25 years. And believe it or not, the Schwab Streetsmart Edge platform NEVER went down during the super volatile period of 2/5 - 2/9. My quotes never froze, and I was able to execute in a fairly efficient and timely manner.

Don't know what your problem is with the Streetsmart Edge platform when it comes to SAVING your layout and watch lists. It literally takes 2 clicks with the mouse and you are done. You must not be doing something right.
