FXCM & Oanda walk into a bar...

1 pip extra means the spread is 1 pip higher with odl? I trade with Oanda, never had a pip slippage, the same with odl? I´m looking for a second forexbroker, just to split the risk.

FXCM & Oanda walk into a bar...

Only thing I have to mention is the broker. Cannot speak for Hotspot or MB, but forget about IB Interactive Brokers for Forex, thats crab. As I mentioned in other threads you get no good fills, but worst of all, they don´t pay for their own faults, they are waisting YOUR money, so keep away and...

FXCM & Oanda walk into a bar...

FXCM & Oanda walk into a bar...

With 200:1 newbies think they can trade more lots, so higher risk with an undercapitalised account -> margin call. But you are right, if you use the same lot size it doesn´t matter.

FXCM & Oanda walk into a bar...

    IB accrued interest

I understand that, but why trading with IB? In volatile times you get no fills or unsatisfying fills, long term trading is as well not recommended due to their high rollover/interest rates. The only positive thing is their so called ecn-type setup and they don´t trade against you fishing...

    Interactivebroker spread for FOREX

So you are from Interactive Brokers, please be correct when you post. The commission for a roundtrade is two times 0,2 pip, plus an average of minimum 1,5 pip spread on EUR/USD is 1,9, plus you have to convert your profit loss by hand to your base currency and have to pay again a commission...
