Can anyone clarify? For easylanguage, if I reference Close[0] in a line of code, does this calculate as the bar is forming or only at the close of the bar? Is close[0] the last closed bar or the current bar that is forming? thanks

I'm new to NinjaTrader 8 and I created a strategy for entries and exits on a chart that uses something similar to Renko Bars. I cannot get any results during backtesting. I must be missing something obvious in the setup and I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is. I attached the code here.
