Been using IB for a while now... today I happened to record a trade and the level 2 and time and sales was 5 seconds behind (this was all in the first minute of trading). I pulled up the prints with the timestamps and compared them to the video. Question is: how often does this happen?

What platform are you using that gives you the option volume on the chart? tia
