I do believe position sizing especially with your total bank roll balance is extremely important in this game if youre trying size up quickly. I dont think you know what pyramiding is. Go read Tomorton's comment on the first page of this thread. He outlines it well. Pyramiding should never increase your risk.

I understand where youre coming from and tend to agree to an extent. Have you ever read Nicolas Darvas' book? He outlines that for him the less information the better because otherwise he would get side tracked. We tend to get biased when we spend hours upon hours researching a particular stock...
