are you sure they equate themselves with libertarianism? i would say they were more or less apolitical and definetely wouldn't subscribe to any ideology, especially as a group or collective as artists. would you say being apolitical in america makes you a libertarian?

k so nobody seems conflicted at all. weird sometimes i do... it seems some of you's even equate the dead with libertarianism. dead head traders, any lyrics or songs or examples you've seen at shows or touring that support that the dead may have harbored this ideology? also, any of you guys...

for all my dead head traders out there... i assume that as dead heads you relate to some of the 'utopian' or 'communal' that the band conveyed (and the general counter-cultural movement of the 60s). do you feel any conflict between this hippie (for lack of a better word at the moment) ethos...

not sure yet, still in very early phase, research, planning, etc. Maybe festivals? Probably shown in a gallery space at Rutgers University where I am an MFA student.

in no way have i expressed that the multitude of people in finance are some homogenous blob, not sure where you're getting that from. i said that wanting to participate for vain reasons isn't necessarily a bad thing. i think vanity in the sense of wanting to be on camera, and vanity in the sense...

participating in a work of art might be cathartic for somebody, secondly offer a platform to express their opinions on a matter, thirdly, be enlightening as a form of co-research with somebody from a different field of study or expertise.

no but I think my question posed to your question answers that question.

i'm not asking anybody to discuss anything they don't want to. participating in the research, or going on camera doesn't mean somebody has to spill all the beans...i'm not interested in your stradegies or 'secret information'. so if you're saying day trading is a solitary, private practice, OK...

if all day traders are merely concerned with making a buck, that's quite sad, but I know this isn't true. I myself know many traders who have higher intellectual pursuits while also make money doing it. That being sad, there is nothing wrong with somebody wanting to participate in the research...

c'mon, you can't think of a reason besides vanity why somebody might wanna use an alternative platform, other than this chat forum, to talk about finance systems and markets?

why does participating in the research of a film necessarily make you vain?
