Depends upon what you consider reasonable but IQFeed had real time + historical tick data for ES, including continuous contact and back-adjusted contracts. I didn't check details but I think this should be something around 100/120 USD per month plus some initial setup fee like 50/60 USD

In real account when I click bid or ask I get the quick line below the asset. However, in demo account I get the order ticket. I assume this is something in Global Configuration but I've been though all the logic tabs and ticks and nothing pop ups as the solution to skip the Order ticket. Or...

Identical to futures. NQ and MNQ also quote at the same price, though MNQ is 10x smaller ($20 per point vs $2 per point). In options is identical. Same price, but MNQ options are also 10x smaller.
