The new TT platform... when, where ??

It's currently in beta with a limit number of customers, and we hope to have it generally available in Q1.

The new TT platform... when, where ??

We're still working out the commercial details but suffice it to say we want our users to be able to remain MiFID complaint without extra fees. Usage of the backtesting platform beyond compliance will likely have a nominal fee but we want it to be accessible to all of our users, and so it will...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

@wrbtrader it's Windows 10 I believe. @Gambit yes, we will offer our initial backtesting solution before the end of the year in support of MiFID. We'll continue to enhance throughout 2018.

@HattieTheWitch TT Desktop launched a few months ago, and you can learn more about it here: https://www.tradingtechnologies.com/tt-platform/tt-desktop/ Also, here's a quick video showing it in action on a 16-monitor workspace: -Rick

Trading Technologies cancelled my order--what would Rick Lane say?

Hi @J.P. First, I'm sorry to hear a malfunction in the platform caused your order to be pulled. As our support and CS team explained, TT is not allowed to trade on any user's behalf, and as others have noted in this thread, it is not common policy to reimburse for such issues. While we at TT do...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

@surf'n trade Sorry for the delay. As @algofy astutely points out, much of what's kept us busy over the last few months has been porting what our X_TRADER users know and love to the TT platform (things like Price Distribution charts, Hedge Manager, etc.). And while in some cases that's...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

While we can't offer free transactions for native exchange orders (a large percentage of the daily volume that goes through TT software is from these types of orders) there are ways you can reduce your monthly bill. Based on what you've said, I assume you trade enough volume where you'd likely...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

Hi @RosyScenario Just circling back -- this past week, persistence and recovery for Bracket, OCO, and Iceberg orders was released to production. So in the event the algo server is restarted at any time, including over the weekend, your synthetic orders will resume working. Have a nice weekend...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

It's true that in some outstanding situations, some servers need to be restarted mid-week but it is rare. When this happens, we attempt to notify all traders with working orders ahead of time. Yes, proper persistence assumes the child orders remain working and the algo resumes responsibility...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

Hi @RosyScenario Currently, algo servers are reset over the weekend. This is admittedly not ideal because many users would like to have synthetic orders span multiple weeks. We are actively working on persistence which will allow us to recover algos even through server restarts, upgrades, etc...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

The pricing on the website is for our month-to-month transactional models only. And both X_TRADER and TT are $0.30/side, with two different monthly caps: $1000 for standard and $1800 for pro. You're probably referring to X_TRADER subscription pricing which is $600/mo and $1500/mo, respectively...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

Hi @surf'n trade, The pricing for both TT and X_TRADER is available on our website: https://www.tradingtechnologies.com/platforms/pricing/ I'm curious why you think TT is more expensive than X_TRADER? And yes, ADL is still technically in beta, however we anticipate removing the beta tag...

The new TT platform... when, where ??

Hi @etvisitor Full disclosure, I'm the CEO at TT. I saw your questions and figured now's as good a time as any to make my first ET post. Sorry it took so long for you to get answers -- believe it or not, we're trying hard to simplify this process. Let me try to clarify some of this for you and...
